Preview and Pick-Up Information

In-Person Preview TIMES BELOW:

We will be open on THURSDAY, AUGUST 27TH (9AM - 5PM), FRIDAY, AUGUST 28TH (9AM- 5PM), SATURDAY, AUGUST 29TH (9-5 PM). This is a fantastic opportunity to examine the items up close for bidding before the auction begins.

Pick-Up Schedule

Pick-Up Times for Auction Items: 6 Day Pick-Up (Please Note Times)

  • Monday, August 31st: 9-5 PM
  • Tuesday, September 1st: 9-5 PM
  • Wednesday, September 2nd: 9-5 PM
  • Thursday, September 3rd: 9-5 PM
  • Friday, September 4th: 9-5 PM
  • Saturday, September 5th: 9-5 PM
Please Note: All items must be picked up during the designated times, as we do not have storage space available.

Important Reminders:

  • Bring Your Receipt: A printed receipt is preferred for pick-up.
  • Shipping Needs: For LARGE shipping orders of small items only, please contact Ship On Site of Wake Forest at (919) 570-6015 for a shipping quote. It’s best to call them directly or email at shiponsite@gmail.com.
  • In-House Shipping: We now offer in house shipping for small orders. Small items will be shipped priority mail USPS. We charge a handling fee of $12 + cost of postage.
  • Jewelry Policy: Jewelry valued over $500.00 will only ship upon receipt of payment via wire transfer.
  • Delivery Service: Jimmy offers delivery service within a 100-mile radius. Please call (919) 671-6464 for a quote before bidding.
  • Other Inquiries: For any other questions, please contact Jay at 919-291-0192.
  • Storage Fees: Items not picked up by Saturday, September 5th will incur a $5.00 daily storage fee per item, per day. After 30 days, items will be considered abandoned and will be resold to cover storage costs.
