Q: "When is the next auction?"
A: We are making auction updates to our website constantly. If you are a part of our email list, you will be notified.
Q: "Why don't you post realized prices after the auction closes?"
A: We have lots of dealers who participate in our auctions. Out of respect for their privacy and selling procedures, we wish not to be a reference point as far as what our merchandise is "worth." It's worth what it goes for on auction day!
Q: "Can I come look at stuff before I bid on it?"
A: Yes! In fact, we encourage it. We will always have an in-person preview opportunity before an auction closes, so that anyone may come look in person.
Q: "Where do I send a reseller/tax-exempt form?"
A: You may add to "Note to Auctioneer" on our catalog when bidding with your tax-exempt form, or email directly to Malorie.
Q: "If I come with a truck at pickup time, will I have help loading?"
A: Yes, always. Our staff is more than happy to help load whatever you win from our auctions.
Q: "Can I have my items delivered to my home?"
A: Absolutely! You may reach out to Jimmy Hoy, who specializes in local delivery and will handle your items with utmost care. His contact information is (919) 671-6464. We also offer third-party furniture shippers who can handle your delivery. Always call before bidding to obtain a quote.
Q: "When can I come pick up my winnings?"
A: We will always offer an efficient pickup window for our customers. The dates and times will be updated with every auction.
